CRITICAL: Do Not Open Parcel Upon Delivery
IMPORTANT: If you suspect any issues with your order (wrong product, damaged packaging, etc.), DO NOT OPEN THE PARCEL at the time of delivery. Please refuse the delivery or inform us immediately before opening.
Mandatory Video Documentation Required
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT: You must record a complete unboxing video of your parcel from the moment you receive it. This video must show:
- The sealed/unopened parcel
- The complete unboxing process
- All contents and their condition
- Any visible damage or discrepancies
⚠️ Claims will NOT be entertained without video proof. No exceptions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Damaged Products Upon Delivery: Products that arrive damaged or defective will be eligible for return or replacement.
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a return and send the correct item.
Products NOT Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
Used Products: Any product that has been used, worn, or shows signs of use cannot be returned.
Personal Care Items: Due to hygiene reasons, personal care items have strict return limitations and are generally non-returnable once opened.
Dissatisfaction with Performance or Color: Returns based on personal preference, color dissatisfaction, or product performance expectations are not accepted.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
1Immediate Action: If issues arise after delivery, inform us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp with your order details and unboxing video.
2Provide Documentation: Submit the mandatory unboxing video showing the issue clearly. Include photos if necessary.
3Return Authorization: Wait for our team to review your claim and provide return authorization.
4Pack Carefully: Return products in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and your email receipt.
5Ship the Product: Send the product back to our address (will be provided after authorization). Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Important Guidelines
- Choose Carefully: Please select products carefully (color, type, size) before placing your order to avoid complications and unnecessary returns.
- 24-Hour Window: All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Original Packaging Required: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer, the return may be rejected.
- Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Email Receipt: Always include a printed or digital copy of your order/email receipt with the returned product.
