Care: hand wash with warm soapy water. Stainless steel can develop a brown discolouration over time from heat. That's normal and doesn't affect performance. Soak in a vinegar+water solution overnight to lift it. Don't put on the highest flame on a small burner — medium-high is enough.

Safety: never leave hot oil unattended. Don't add wet food to hot oil — pat it dry first to avoid splatter.
